JVC KW-M370BT does not work with my car back up camera

Asked by Emil Apr 08, 2018 at 08:25 PM about the 2016 Honda Civic LX with Honda Sensing

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Installed with Best Buy new car auto radio.  Everything works smooth with the
exception of the back up camera which directly does not work. Car camera is
compatible with equipment.  I put the hand break put reverse and camera
showed up on the screen, after turn off the break does not work.

Any clue? Advise.  Went two times to Best Buy and they do not get with the
problem

I did but not mentioned what I tried today. I will try tomorrow Best Buy service became a nightmare and very ugly. Thank you!
