Contact a Honda dealership or download an owner's manual for your year/make, it will give you the service interval for all major components like timing chain/belt, water pump, transmission filter, etc.With most cars a transmission flush & filter are usually due around 75K miles. You should also be replacing all coolant and radiator cap once every two years.
