Why are cars with the same trim, higher mileage, and higher price show as a better deal than my listing?

I have a 2016 Honda accord listed and it was about 10k less miles and the
price is cheaper by like $100 compared to a similar car that shows it as "Fair
Deal" yet mine is listed as "overpriced". What is going on?
