After driving for about 20 city miles the lug nuts on wheels are so hot they will fry your fingers. Is this a normal temp. Ive never noticed this on other vehicles.

The problem is most likely your brakes overheating If they are drum brakes, they may be dragging. It is common for lugs to get hot, but get your brakes checked
