Please help

I have a 2016 corolla the other day i was driving
down the road and all the sudden thw car just fell
to an idle and did nothing when i gave it gas i ran
the code and it said it was the throttle positioning
Censor so i got one .$250 for the whole pedal
assembly i replace it and it still the same way the
butterfly inside the throttle body is moving back
and forth very rapidly , and when it does start for a
min the no trac light comes on and the traction
control will not come on any ideas

it might need reprogramming, check your emissions warranty it might still be covered
