Abs and hand break light

Hi there i have honda civic 2005 there is problem
with ABS and hand break light and it comes mostly
in morning when i strt the car then it keep on
coming and off in some times while i m driving and
one more thing when these lights get on my car
radio gets off then when these lights get off radio
on it keep happening from last one month what
can i do for it.
