High Mileage oil

at a 100k mile should I start using synthetic High mileage oil  on my 2003
Odyssey and 2005  Accord LX

It makes no difference if you do or don't. If it makes you feel better go ahead as there is little cost difference.

If you're not using synthetic now don't change.

I wouldn't start suddenly using synthetic on a high mileage engine. The flow and cleaning properties may cause seals and gaskets to start weeping.

Owners Manuel will tell you what type of oil to use.my 2017 Honda Manuel says use conventional oil or may use synthetic!
