My car hesitates at terribly take off

That sputtering us usually caused by a car that hasn't been properly maintained or repaired. Could be a failing fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, or dirty injectors. Or maybe old worn out sparkplugs. Or a failing Mass Airflow or Oxygen sensor. Or maybe a failing catalytic converter or exhaust leak.

Turn off the auto start system and see if the problem improves or disappears. If it does then that system needs work. If it stays the same then go back to the basics, air, fuel, compression, spark plugs, ignition wires, etc.
