Question type: General

I have a 2016 BMW 535i I when out of town for three days . Check my windows
before I left. the key fob was in a safe place not in my pocket, When I returned
home I found all four of my windows halfway roll down. My key fob was with me
in a safe place. Could this be of moisture ingress to the locking and windows
ECU inside the driver's door?

Could be moisture or RF interference from someplace else. Wrap your fob in foil and see if it happens again. If it does then the system will need to checked and possibly shielded from external interference. If it stops then you have a problem with your fob.

Cars today use a lot of electricity when not used. A weak battery, from the car sitting for as little as three days can cause all sorts of anomalies, like sensors malfunctioning. Check battery condition. You might invest a few bucks into a battery tender that you can leave on the car when you travel.
