1992 GMC Yukon bumper hitch height issues

I have a 1992 GMC Yukon with a bumper hitch. The problem is that I can't tow anything
because the hitch height is way too high. Does anyone know of a product that will lower
the hitch, or a receiver hitch kit I can buy? This is the off-road version with a skidplate
under the fuel tank.

I've seen Reeses Receiver Hitches in the shape of "L" (sort of) I think at Wal-Mart. Look online and eBay. They are out there.
