2016 Town and Country Sliding Door Issues

I took my van in because the motor on the doors seemed sluggish like they
were fixing to go out. I was told that they were just out of timing and need
some adjustment. Is that really a thing?

My sliding door just started to make that weird noise about a week ago. It only makes that noise after the door closed. What can I do to stop it from making that weird noise ?
