2016 Chrysler T&C dash lights always go dim while wipers on. Return to full brightness when shut off. Any ideas for fix?

You could try a redundant ground for instrument cluster, see if it helps? Ground wires are usually black. My wiring diagram for your vehicle isn't very good.

This is due to a setting in your system menu which turns the headlights on when the wipers are in use. Just as you will notice when using your vehicle at night, your dashboard lights will dim when your headlights are turned on. Use your steering wheel mounted controls to find the setting in the menu (found in the instrument cluster between your speedometer and tachometer) which turns the headlights on during wiper use.

Keimster, You are so right. Thank you. Took it to dealer and they wanted $175 to do a diagnostic. I suggested that I might not be the only one with this issue and there might be service bulletin. $175 to check that as well. I didn't pay. They couldn't (wouldn't) give me the correct answer as you did.
