Asked by Martin May 25, 2017 at 04:57 PM about the 2016 Chevrolet Equinox LS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This part fell off the bottom of my Equinox.
It has the letters ABG 7 on it. I came home
from work, parked it in my garage
overnight and when I was leaving in the
morning for work, this part was on the floor
underneath my car. Anyone know what it
is?

I am taking it to the dealer today but I wanted to find out what it is or where it goes just to be safe. Don't want them to try and lie to me and tell me it doesn't belong just so they don't have to fix it.

I ended up taking it to the Chevy dealer but I don't remember what they said it was. However, they did use some kind of glue to get it back on.
