We just purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain and the remote start doesn't work? The remote will only unlock the doors.

That should be brought back to the dealer to get resolve since this truck is new.

It may be turned off in the vehicle system. You may have to cycle through the menu to find it and turn the feature on. This may require you to actually open the owner's manual and read it.

Run your VIN through an online VIN checker to see if the truck is actually equipped with remote start.
