Auto makers are not installing spare tires in many of their vehicles anymore. The reasoning for this is the road side assistance. It's way easier to contact roadside assistance than it is changing you own tire. But if you're searching to have a spare just in case. One would need to locate the OEM's off set & bolt pattern in order to insure a correct fit. Often this could mean simply buying a new factory wheel and tire and use as a spare.

I would just source a new or used Mazda 2 compact spare tire and compact jack to throw in the trunk for long trips. Be sure to measure trunk space, so you know it will fit properly. If you know someone with a Mazda 2 you could test fit on the car and trunk before purchasing. I would stay clear of the dealer for purchase and use Ebay or LKQ auto recycler , ect. for a good use setup. Your car shares the same 4X100 lug pattern with many import cars.
