after replacing oil pump, oil pressure is 60-70 lbs. is this too high?

before new oil pump was installed, oil pressure was 40-45 lbs. after new oil
pump was installed, oil pressure is 60-70 lbs. is this too high?

No not at all, and is the engine warmed up good to have the oil warmed up? From a cold start the oil pressure will read higher that when the oil gets warmed up. This pressure is about normal.
