When starting the car, the defrost is on. I can turn it off; but it agains activates when engine started

I have only used defrost one time-one week ago.  Now when I start car, defrost comes on.  I have to  manually turn it off,  It reoccurs every engine start.

If you have auto temp .the computer will set to clear windshield

In 90 degree weather, there is no need for the defroster. Why doesn(‘t it stay off when I start the car?

Mine just started doing this. Did you ever get it resolved? I get in and turn it on and the defrost button is lit up, I turn it to feet/front and it stays until I shut the car off.
