What should I offer for a 67' Camaro Project car?

Asked by _Nick_ Jul 05, 2019 at 09:14 PM about the 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS

Question type: General

My uncle bought a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS with the
intention of turning it in to a drag racing car. Inevitably, it
didn't happen. The car has been stripped of it's paint and
interior and has been sitting in the same garage for 20+
years. I know the car has had some mechanical
modifications done, but I'm not sure what exactly. I have
wanted to buy that car for quite some time as a project car,
but I'm not sure what to offer.

I would say around $2500 would be a fair offer to the family. How far do you want to go in the restoration? Restorations take a long time and a money, especially if you are not doing most of the work.
