Front suspension some components are severely corroded

Purchased 2016 F250 SD new  some of the
components are severely corroded others look like
it has a corrosion inhibitor on them.

That is surface rust but it is pretty bad for a 3 year old truck. You must live where they salt the roads. Try washing the under carriage weekly in the winter.

I would remove and paint or powder coat the parts that come off easily.
