Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When out to the car about 3 hours after leaving it and found the radio on. Unable to shut off, or adjust the radio in any way. Car starts and shuts off just fine. Started the car and the instruments wouldn't work, but I was able to drive it around the block.

Thanks Full_of_Regrets and tennisshoes. I went out and pulled the fuse for the radio and that shut it off. Then on a whim I pulled the fuse for the SYNC system and put both fuses back in. Seems to have reset the system and everything is working now. Off to the dealer in the morning to troubleshoot. Shouldn't be happening on a 6 month old car with 16,000 miles.

My 2013 Ford edge does this all the time! I shut off the vehicle, get out of the car and radio is on, and I can't turn it off. Sometimes the radio randomly turns on when I'm driving and it's super loud! Any comments?
