My Mini Cooper sat parked a month and is suddenly running rough and check engine light is on.

I own a 2007 Mini Cooper S with the JCW package. It was
parked about a month while I was away. I came back,
started it up and check engine light came on. The car is
also running a little rough and sounds rough during idle.
Any ideas??

Put fresh gas and fuel system cleaner in the tank.
