Vacuum sensation inside vehicle with panoramic roof open

In 2016 mkx , vacuum sensation inside vehicle while driving with the
panoramic roof open. Very uncomfortable and pressure on the ears. Why???
What to do

The air moving over the sun roof causes a vacuum to form inside the car. If you crack open a window it should relieve the pressure that you feel.
