Is my blower motor bad?

Question type: General

Low speed, when using the fan (regardless of where the air is directed)...the
fan squeals loudly...but it works.  Same thing all the way up to next-to-fastest
speed; the fan works and blows air, but it squeals loudly.  On the fastest
speed, the squeal is gone.  If I make a turn too quickly, the fan squeals even
more loudly.  Is the blower motor bad or does it just need to be lubricated (or
something)?
