I have a  2001 Ford focus se  that  won't  start.  I
replaced  the alternator, ignition switch  &  
refurbished ECM chip  still nothing

have you checked fuel pressure ? are the injectors firing ? Things should be tested before you replace them . Are you using the same key as always ?
