How are you monitoring your advertisers, we found very deceptive practices at a Dealer you have on your site. This is a terrible service you are providing customers and you will loss customer base.

I contacted a dealer on a car you had posted on your site. I was quoted a
price which was different than the advertised prices. I still went to dealer and
they would not honor the price. You can't let dealers do this.

Some dealers are just not honest, so if they won't honor the price simply move on. The "Contact Us" link at the very bottom of the page is how you complain to CarGurus. Use it, the forum is for car questions and it is manned by non employee volunteers that have little to no say as to what goes on at the advertising side.
