Why is front passenger tire shaking?

So i just replaced my cv axle and got a new tire i
have a ford focus zx3 manual transmission my
front passenger tire is shaking pretty bad i went to
have it balanced and the gentleman showed me its
not that it needs to bw balanced when jacked up
he grabbed the tire and shook it and it has alot of
play in it anyone know what would do this ?

If he grabbed the tire at the top and bottom itll be ball joints. If he shook it from the 9 and 3 position itll be the inner or outer tie rod on the steering rack. If it wiggles in all directions its typically a wheel bearing but you'd hear a humming or grinding noise while driving if that was the case. The rim could have also not been seated properly when torqued due to corrosion, once the corrosion breaks away the wheel will be loose on the hub and definitely shake.
