I have a 2001 Ford Expedition XLT 5.4 that recently
is having problems turning on. It all started when
the cold weather start it. I have change the fuel
pump and filter. Does anyone knows why is it doing
that?

Check fuel pressure to make sure it is or it's not a fuel issue. Is it cranking normal. Cold weather makes it harder for the battery to crank it, make sure battery is good and battery cables are clean (no corrosion) and tight.
