Problem with my truck need help

If it is a rapid clicking then it a low voltage problem, battery, bad cables, corrode connections. If it is one loud click then something has locked the engine, coolant in a cylinder or cylinders, thrown rod, transmission problem.

I don't know what "manufactory" means, but if the starter was rebuilt or reconditioned, that's likely the defect. Install a new starter and that will likely fix your problems..... Or if the clicking is rapid, you probably just need to clean and tighten battery cable conenctions.
