Honda CRV 2015-Warming Up Car

I want to know if there is a way to warm up my car
without having to leave the doors unlocked. How
long would you recommend warming up a car in the
winter time. Also I've heard that there's a system
that could get put into my car that will Allow me to
start my car from inside the house. Would you
please send me more information? Thank you for

I went to best buy and had them install a new keyless entry system in my 1st gen CRV. I could have also gotten the remote start feature, but I live in a tropical climate so no need to warm up the car. You can also check with you local audio shops as they also sell alarms and auto start devices, of coarse you will need to leave the heat or ac on when you exit the suv so it will be set for when you go to restart.
If you live in the land of ice and snow warming up the car to defrost the windshield is part of life. A remote starter could help but just having an extra key will allow you to start the car and lock it while it warms up.
Check with your Honda dealer to find out what they would charge to install a factory remote starter. Forget that after market junk.
