Why is my check vehicle stability system light on

My 2015 Camry was stolen, it was recovered with a
rear driver side flat tire ,the front tire had a bent rim
and the check vehicle stability system light is on.
The car drives however my steering wheel is turned
about  15 degrees to the left instead of straight
when I drive. Not sure where to even begin to find
out what is damagef
