Probably the Ignition Control Module in the distributor. That or the coil itself. If you take them off and go to Auto Zone they can test them to see which is bad.

Ignition Control Module was checked and it passed. I have been able to start the vehicle in 2 occasions, after moving the shifter around and then placing it in Park.

That kinda don't make sense but it is a clue. This indicates the neutral safety switch. But if it was off, (out of alignment) the starter would not get power to the small wire to engage the starter. And the ignition switch is what runs the power to the small wire on the starter. So something doesn't make sense there, unless you are having problems engaging the starter to turn the engine over.
