how do i negotiate a lease deal...mileage is not an issue as it will be a second car

i am looking for a 2015 rav4 as a second car.  can afford to buy outright but thinking
maybe a 2 year lease would be best then i can walk away at the end of the lease.  have
always purchased my cars so negotiating a lease is new to me...mileage of 10K per year
will be fine so that is not a factor..want to get the best deal..what factors should I be aware
of.
