You could get the key on places like ebay for around 50.00 but then it needs to be programed. I just lost my key the price for the key and programing was about 100.00. Its a newer car so it may be a few dollars more.

That price would be nice. My dealer in Erie, PA. said the fob would be about $180. the key $90. and to program it about $100. That's about $400.

250

With these newer vehicles they are putting chips inside the keys. If you look on your key on the upper portion of the metal part you should see a little dot/hole/notch made into the metal. If that's there them is gonna cost you around $60+ if boy you can take it to any ace hardware or home Depot or any place like that for like $5-$10

Hey guys, I'm also interested in this question. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on one of these eBay keys, but am a little weary. I get that they would need to be programmed separately, but I have no idea how or where to do this. Any ideas? Thanks!
