My high beams aren't really "high beams". Does this vehicle have high beams?

Have someone operate the dimmer while you look at the head lights to see if they work properly. Since your car in under warranty take it in to the dealer.

I don't think those are relays you here. I have a 2015 Fiat 500, and I put on the high beams I hear what I think is a flat, or cover that comes up above the headlights to make them shine up more. They also use the 9012 headlamps, which go out with very quickly and I hate them.

I took about 45 minutes test voltage check grounds fuses and relays until I looked up the schematic diagram an I that there is a high beam solenoid in each headlight that switches that single filament light bulb from high to low which is internal in the headlight sure enough that was it the high beam solenoids went bad you need to replace both headlamps to fix your issue if your still under warranty it’s covered
