Air conditioning is acting up after battery replacement.

I replaced a dead battery in my 2015 Dodge Grand
Caravan and now when I start the engine the air
conditioning does not work for about 2 minutes.
The light on the panel is blinking for the defrost
button but no air circulating at all. May seem trivial
but I live in New Orleans and it's June, with the heat
index above 100 for the last two weeks!

Disconnect the battery again touch both battery cable ends together for 2 minutes this will clear the memory in the computers, reconnect and see how it works.
