Ford Fusion Horn sound

My car horn sound coming low suddenly seems to be one only is working ?

how can I replace or check where is the fault ??

it's likely the horn itself, it's buried way up in the front end by the radiator core support, just have to dig in there to access it, and swap it out. It obviously has power since you hear one of the tones, so it's not a wiring issue. Google or Youtube videos for how to replace.
