Purchased a Ford Escape on December 5, 2016, there's a problem already.

Question type: General

When I take off from the light, it feels like it's in neutral, then it picks up. What
could be possibly wrong this?

Some type of sensor on the transmission it's something electrical on the transmission

How many miles on it? It could still be covered under the 5 year 60,000 mile power train warranty.

Went to the dealer on Monday and they "claim that they went and reset the system so that it will record how I drive they say it takes about 500 miles to learn my way of driving. Makes no sense to me.
