cannot access fuses after removing first cover from box on 2002 thunderbird the second cover has fuse diagram but no idea how to remove to access fuses any ideas

the box is on passenger side below glove box. first cover snaps off to show diagram on black plastic cover of fuses but nothing to indicate how to remove this cover. How is it done?

It should just snap on/off so if you can't pull it off with your fingers, try using a small screwdriver.
