Will these rims fit my car?

I have a 98 2500 suburban the curb weight is 4769lbs I am looking at rims
and it fits my car but it  says the max load is 3420 what does that mean will
these rims fit my car?

4WD drive differs from 2WD drive not only in the wheels that propel the truck, but also in components. 4WD vehicles are expected to see heavier use and come with wheels that are stronger than 2WD. So, yes, if those rims meet all other specs for the truck, bolt pattern, diameter, width, and offset, those rims will fit, but aren't made for 4WD driving at it's maximum strength.
