i have a 2002 ford ranger 3 liter v6 rear wheel drive will getting a 4 inch lift slow it down alot or is it a small change

It would depend on the tires you put on. Just lifting it probably won’t do much speed-wise. If you put 33s or 35s on it, I’d expect it to be much slower.
