I bought a Cherokee trailhawk and occasionally I feel a big hit while driving. The dealer is giving me the runaround stating that the transmission is different and it normal.

If you purchased a Jeep you need a big swift kick right in your rear end. Jeeps have way more problems than other vehicles.
