Options on how to play music with no CD player

Asked by Guru1BYX2 Sep 03, 2019 at 12:31 AM about the 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4WD

Question type: General

I don't understand how to play music on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.
There are several ports available, but what if I want to play music from the 60s,
for example.  What audio source (CD, tape cassette, for example) do you buy?
For example, there IS a plug in where I can play books from the library, but the
"book" is not on a CD or a tape.  It's on a different type of device.  What is this
and where do I buy one????  You're correct, I'm not an audiophile.  Thanks!

Your 2015 will have a flash drive and SD card reader, located under the audio controls. You need to download your music onto a flash drive or a SD card. Once done you can have an entire library at your fingertips. Using 8 go of memory should be enough, but don’t go over 32 gb as they can have read errors. You can also use Bluetooth if you have music on your phone or an iPod/mp3 player.
