That is a wide open question. It could be as easy as a $5 thermostat or a plugged radiator, and so much more

Not trying to insult you but have you checked it has radiator fluid?

Really Ken. I should have said that... first place to start. It should be full to the brim, and the plastic reservoir about ¼ full cold
