Troubleshooting Uconnect Radio with Bluetooth and Phone Pairing

Question type: General

I own a 2015 Dodge Dart SXT Ralleye with the Uconnect 8.4 radio system. I
would like to pair my phone to the radio, but when I push the phone button
on the steering wheel or on the screen, nothing happens. Also, when I go to
settings on the radio, and choose phone/bluetooth, nothing happens. Is there
something I can do to fix this? Or is this something only a Mopar Certified
Dealership can fix? Any answers are appreciated!

Have you updated you’re system recently? You can do it yourself or a dealership will charge you $100
