89 jeep Comanche  4.0 L new, plugs, Rotor, Dist. Cap Coil, Wires, Ballast Resistor, Ign., module, Reman., Dist., Starts & runs fine for 10-12 minuets. Dies and will not start until cool, 30 mins. or so. then starts and run 10-12 mins. etc,etc ,

your dist.probably has a small crack when your engine warms up the crack opens up an causes the engine to shut down

I have a 1989 will start an run for 2 seconds an die but if you spray either in tb it will run till you stop spraying . New fuel pump new pick up in distributor it is a 4.0 could it be the ecm any help would be welcome .

O yeah the balister on firewall is wired together ihave the fuel pump by taking the relay out running all the time it has fire to injectors . Crap im out of answers does anybody have an idea to this

mine did the same thing..was a lose ground wire on firewall..just about junked it.seems to easy. would run a few miles then stop..wait 30 mi would start????..
