Where did you buy it? Most shops or part stores (or Walmart) will install what they sold you. Try taking it back to them with your receipt.

Find a friend with a multimeter to test the battery after charging. I wouldn't buy a battery from Wal Mart because they just told me last week, once you buy it we cannot take it back. SO, I went to a junk yard and bought one for $30 ( taking a complete chance of it being junk BUT I lucked out and haven't had a problem since this risk.. EVEN in the cold weather. This leaves me with a $110 recess to put brand new battery money onto something else. Place vaseline on top of the terminals AFTER the cables are connected. This helps keep corrosion off. Go to interstate batteries website to help purchase the right battery. Good luck

Advance and Autozone install the battery if you bought it there. Most Napa and Pep Boys stores will not. At least that's how it is in my area. Hope that helps! Jim

If you can't move the vehicle, contact AAA, even if you are not a member they will send someone out and install one for you.
