2015 Ford Explorer leaking water and damaging the internal electronics

We have a 2015 Ford Explorer as well. Someone
backed into the passenger door at a target.
Insurance company claim has the Door replaced.
Since then when it rains heavy it rains inside of car.
The mold smell is awful, the sunroof has stopped
working as well as the Bluetooth and touch screen.
There is water in the entire roof cavity. It also filled
the spare wheel well. The kids get sick when in the
car.

I would take the car back to the auto body shop to see what they can do. The seal might not be installed correctly. Some shops give a warranty for a certain amount of time. There might also be more damage than what was originally found. I'd also contact your insurance company to see what the proper course of action is.
