Can I take a good battery out of a
GMC Sonoma & put it into a Ford
Ranger? Likewise can I take any of
the lights/bulbs out of the Sonoma &
put them in the Ranger?

Yes, the battery is compatible, the posts may be reversed, but still OK to use. The light bulbs are also compatible (12v) but only replace bulbs with the same part number (they are stamped on each bulb housing).
