Getting disoriented when driving from bad air

That sounds like carbon monoxide poisoning that is an odorless gas from exhaust leaks. It causes headaches and flu like symptoms. Drive with windows down a bit until it's checked out. Also an antifreeze leak from the heater core can make you sick from vapors that are toxic. Antifreeze smells sweet. Have it checked out too.
