how to have foglights on with hight beam

That would be illegal but you could rewire the truck so that both are on and piss off all the other people on the road.

The lower lights are driving lights. The should be on with the high beam and able to be turned on/off independent of head lights. Just need to know where the relay is.

May be unlawful in your State but not mine. Besides I will do things correctly and not rewire. I believe changing is only modifying a relay. Anyone know were the relay is?
